~Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit cards thru PayPal only.
~Q: How soon after I pay for my purchase will it ship?
A: We normally ship within 2 business days for US orders, and twice weekly for international orders. Sunny*dyes orders are shipped within 7 days, unless the fabric is backordered. In that case, we will notify you of the delay via email.
~Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: For US buyers, costs range from $2.00-$6.00; and for international buyers, from $2.50-$9.00. Shipping is calculated during checkout, and is just a guideline. If your actual shipping is less, you will receive a PayPal refund from us.
~Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We will accept returns ONLY if the product is returned to us in resellable condition (no smells of smoke, mold, pets, etc). If you need to return a purchase, please notify us via email within 3 days of receipt of your purchase. We will then give you instructions on returning your purchase. If it is returned to us & deemed resellable, you will receive a store credit for the original purchase price only (no shipping costs).
Our only exception is for sunny*dyes fabrics, whether special ordered or not. If you feel your fabric differs greatly from what is pictured, please email us to let us know and we will repaint it.
.~Q: Do you accept special orders?
A: Yes, we do accept special orders in most cases. Many manufacturers have a minimum purchase requirement, and in those cases your special order must be above that limit. We also accept special orders on sunny*dyes fabrics. An extra fee ($2-$5) may be added if the piece is extremely detailed. All special orders must be paid in full before we order!
~Q: Do you have a Fabric of the Month Club (FOTM)?
A: Yes, we do. Please search our catalog for information on our new FOTM Club! You can purchase a membership for yourself or a friend!
~Q: Can I purchase a gift certificate?
A: Yes, you can purchase certificates in denominations starting at $1.00. Gift certificates will be sent via email to yourself or a recipient of your choice.
~Q: Do you have a newsletter?
A: Yes, we do. Click on our Follow Us link for a signup form. Newsletters are sent approx. once a month, and contain coupons, advance notice of new products, and lots of great crafty info!
