Q: How soon after I pay for my purchase will it ship?
A: Sunny*dyes orders are shipped within 7-10 BUSINESS days, unless the fabric is backordered or weather conditions prevent us from painting. In either case, we will notify you of the delay via email. Tracking info for all buyers will be available in your customer account area, and general shipping info as well
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We offer exchanges on purchases: please see our Exchange Policy on our home page.
Q: Do you accept special orders?
A: Yes, we do accept special orders in most cases. Many manufacturers have a minimum purchase requirement, and in those cases your special order must be above that limit. We also accept some special orders on sunny*dyes fabrics. An extra fee, starting at $5, may be added if the piece is extremely detailed. All special orders must be paid in full before we order or start work!
Q: Do you custom cut fabric?
A: Yes, we do! So no need to be alarmed if your fabric size is a few inches more than a standard cut. We calculate the custom cut's price by what useable fabric is left after the cut, so many times you will not have to pay much extra than the standard cut.
Q: Do you have a Fabric of the Month Club (FOTM)?
A: Yes, we do. Please search our catalog for information on our new FOTM Club. Club members receive 10% off the regular fabric pricing. You can purchase a membership for yourself or a friend!
